It has a team of professionals with a long history of successful expertise in environmental engineering services, including management, decontamination & decommissioning of nuclear facilities. NMNT International's professionals have the technical and business skills to satisfy the requirements of the client economically, regardless of the size or complexity of the project. NMNT’s personnel possess a wide range of experience, particularly in environmental, nuclear, and chemical disciplines.  NMNT’s personnel are active in all project stages: laboratory and pilot plant R&D; sampling and characterization of structures, conceptual facility formulation; preliminary design; permitting; detailed equipment design and specification; and overall project management.

The primary strength of New Millennium Nuclear Technologies International is in the knowledge and experience of our personnel supported by our effective project and quality management systems. The credentials of each of our key personnel include an outstanding record of achievement in the industry through previous employment in major nuclear companies such as the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, British Nuclear Fuels, British Energy and the USDOE.  This provides the company with valuable hands-on experience of facilities and operations on the main British nuclear sites and several sites in the United States. Grant Charters provides Nuclear Radioactive Waste Management expertise, technical field and laboratory managerial operations for D & D, environmental restoration and other radiation projects. His laboratory and cutting edge technology development activities include advancing of strategies and procedures for radioactive sample collection, analysis, and characterization of radioactive samples. Grant developed, fine-tuned, and implemented successfully the profiling techniques for sampling and characterization, which culminated in patented processes. Before joining NMNT International, Grant was a Research Radiochemistry Scientist for the UKAEA (United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority) Technology at Sellafield, UK. Grant has provided high quality production and management of development and scoping work, diplomatic liaising, and technical consultation in conjunction with astute engineering problem solving skills to forge excellent customer relations in a highly competitive field thereby enhancing the company's image and competitive edge. He has researched and developed numerous investigations and technical approaches to achieve radioactive characterization with a reduction in highly contaminated waste volumes reducing the cost and segregating the waste streams. In addition, he assisted in designing and developing procedures for safe radiological operations generating radioactive wastes therefore enabling segregation, monitoring, treatment, storage, and disposal. Grant has analyzed and characterized radioactive wastes, devised Mars sampling tools for JPL, waste processing and decontamination methodologies, monitored radioactive emissions from nuclear installations, and furthermore developed field real time radioanalytical results using gamma spectroscopy and Liquid Scintillation Counters coupled to TruProŽ.
